We have launched our first competition on Improve Your Future. You can find it by visiting our competitions page.

The prizes are three sets of DVDs. You can choose which one you want or try to win all three.

• Vacancy and Captivity - two thrillers (horror?) so over 18s only for entry to this prize.
• A farewell to arms and The snows of Kilimanjiro - two classics based on Ernest Hemingway novels
• Shaft and Deep blue sea (pictured) - two films starring Samuel L Jackson.
